1.1 By using this Website, you agree to these rules and undertake to comply with them. Violations may result in restricted access to the project, temporarily or permanently.
1.2 Lack of knowledge of, or disagreement with, these rules does not release you from responsibility for violating them.
1.3 The EFT.SU administration may amend, supplement, or remove any rule without notifying users. Users are responsible for reviewing updated rules periodically.
1.4 The Administration does not restore access or funds for accounts whose credentials or linked-account details were forgotten or lost. Users must provide correct, current account details that they can retain access to.
2.1 The Administration operates voluntarily for the benefit of the project and Website and is not obliged to any person except as stated in clause 2.2.
2.2 Any contribution, in any form, is payment for a Website product or virtual currency. The Administration will refund spent funds when the conditions of clauses 3.1 and 3.2 are met.
2.3 The Administration is not responsible for moral, material, or any other damage arising from visiting or using this project.
2.4 The Administration is not responsible for a temporary or permanent inability of a particular person or group to use the Website, including where access is blocked or circumstances are outside our control.
2.5 Where there is a direct or indirect threat to the project’s operation or defamatory conduct, the Administration may suspend access for the initiator or their subnet and refuse a refund.
2.6 The Administration is not obliged to report moderation decisions to Website or Discord visitors. A user who received a penalty may appeal it through a Discord ticket within one week; after that period, claims are considered invalid.
3.1 When resolving refund disputes, the User must provide all available information, including payment confirmation and a link to their Website profile.
3.2 A User may request a refund if the product was purchased no more than 14 days before the request and has not been used in any form.
