Previously a port zone customs terminal employee, who initially oversaw dealings of the terminal's goods. Over the course of the conflict, he put together a gang of thugs in order to grab everything of value that he could lay his hands on in the vicinity of the terminal.

Always brought good loot, that guy. My respect to him. But he's been out of the game for a long time, at least in Tarkov. I can give you a tip on where he dumped his extra supplies, but not for free. I'm looking for two tanks of propane right now. Why don't you find it for me, and then we'll talk about your guy?»
