The blue helmets have been seen poking their heads into small deals from the very beginning of the conflict, buying everything of value in exchange for western weapons, ammo, and all kinds of military equipment.

My people suffer power shortages and it is totally not okay, because time is money. Many have carried out their activities in the resort before us. Search for generators that are still functional, they are most likely in locked rooms on the second floor of both buildings, we’ll need a bunch of them. Just inform me when you locate the rooms.»

Вторые генераторы в комнате 219, но уже западного крыла. Комната закрыта на ключ который Вы должны были приобрести на барахолке или 220 ключ западного подойдет.
