Его можно найти, или купить на Барахолке. Так же, он с некоторым шансом, спавнится в куртке которая лежит в багажнике синей машины у военного КПП.
Кейс находится в двухэтажном общежитии, в комнате 114 на первом этаже в левом крыле, лежит сверху на сейфе. С кейсом необходимо выйти живым с локации, чтобы его сдать для завершения задания.
