In the old days, each city had its own key, which the governor received at the time of establishment. I even saw one on a tour when I was a kid! They don't do that anymore, but Tarkov does have its own key, apparently! When the city was laid out, they made one for historical reference. And I know where to find it! If you bring it back, we'll make a fortune.»
