Отправляемся на локацию Улицы Таркова, в район улицы Климова, там будет музей. Заходим внутрь, поднимаемся по лестнице на второй этаж. Наш путь в первую комнату слева, в ней ищем журнал - у него возможно несколько точек спавна.
