«I had a contact with a programmer from our local military base. He served there in the network and hacking unit. We met before the war started — at a hackathon in Norvinsk. After the conflict begun, he disappeared. According to my sources, he hasn't crossed the Tarkov border. I have reason to believe he's still in the city. Take a look around the reserve base. If you find any sign of him, let me know. He's got serious potential. We can't afford to lose guys like him.»
