Идем на локацию Таможня, где в здании самой таможни в офисах на втором этаже в дальней комнате находим посылку. Дверь в офисы закрыта, для входа понадобится Ключ от офиса таможни. Дверь в дальней комнате так же закрыта, но ее можно выбить ногой - пойдите к двери, в появившемся меню выберите "Выбить" и нажмите F.
