Previously a port zone customs terminal employee, who initially oversaw dealings of the terminal's goods. Over the course of the conflict, he put together a gang of thugs in order to grab everything of value that he could lay his hands on in the vicinity of the terminal.

«Oh, hello there. I've gone through all my options, those fuckers are really hard to get. But we both spent a shitload of money on this whole thing. We gotta salvage our situation, this time without any fucking Lukas. Just you and me. I got a lead from inside the lab. Hey just listen to me first, you fuckhead! My lads spotted Raiders moving some junk. They must have evacuated one of their outside stashes and hid it somewhere in the lab until they can find a better place. You won't be able to find it alone, but I've got experts in this field. Just make sure they're safe. We need to clean up the lab. It'll take my fellas several days to search the place and find the stash. I don't think there'll be anything useful for you in that stash, but I'll think of something to reward you with.»

«While you were in the lab, I've come up with a reward for you. You're into this whole skill learning thing, right? I got a mate who used to work for Ref, he was an armorer or something. Here's his contact, tell him I sent you. Talk to him, he'll give you some good advice on guns. It won't bring you back the money you lost, but it could save your life in the future. And that's worth more than gear and cash.»
