Это побочный квест, который появляется после взятия задания Реагент. Часть 4 от Лыжника. И является вариантом его сдачи.
Берем Маркер MS2000, его выдает Лыжник, идем на локацию Таможня, машина с реагентом стоит в ангаре рядом с бункером ЗБ-1012, ставим на неё маркер.
