This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how the EFT.SU project administration (“we” or the “Administration”) uses information provided by internet users (“you” or the “User”) while using https://eft.su/ (the “Website”).

1. Data we process

1.1. We do not collect your personal data through the Website.

1.2. All data collected on the Website is supplied and processed in anonymized form (“Anonymized Data”).

1.3. Anonymized Data may include information that does not directly identify you:

1.3.1. Information you submit through Website forms and modules, including a name, nickname, location, connected social networks, and/or email address.

1.3.2. Data transmitted automatically in anonymized form according to your software or social-network settings.

1.4. The Administration may set requirements for the composition of Anonymized Data collected through the Website.

1.5. Where information is not marked as mandatory, you provide it at your discretion. By providing it, you consent to access by an unlimited circle of persons; the information becomes publicly available once provided or otherwise disclosed.

1.6. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of submitted data or whether the User has the necessary consent to process it, assuming the User acts in good faith and keeps such information current.

1.7. You acknowledge that third-party software used on the Website may receive and transmit the data listed in clause 1.3 in anonymized form.

1.8. Third-party rightsholders determine the categories and terms for collecting anonymized data. This may include:

  • device and location data;
  • operating-system data (type, version, screen resolution);
  • request data (time, referrer, IP address).

1.9. The Administration is not responsible for how third parties use a User’s Anonymized Data.

2. Purposes of processing

2.1. The Administration uses data for the following purposes:

2.1.1. Processing incoming requests and communicating with the User.

2.1.2. Informational services, including sending materials by email, messengers, or our Discord server.

2.1.3. Conducting marketing, statistical, and other research.

2.1.4. Targeting advertising materials on the Website.

3. Data protection

3.1. The Administration stores data and protects it against unauthorized access and distribution in accordance with internal rules and procedures.

3.2. Received data remains confidential except where made public by the User or where Website technologies, third-party software, or the User’s settings provide for public data exchange.

3.3. To improve service quality, the Administration may retain log files relating to Website use for one year.

4. Data transfer

4.1. The Administration may transfer data to third parties where:

  • the User has consented, including by using Website settings that do not restrict disclosure;
  • the transfer is necessary for the User to use Website functionality;
  • the transfer is necessary for the stated processing purposes;
  • the Website is transferred into the possession, use, or ownership of a third party;

5. Changes to this Privacy Policy

5.1. The Administration may amend or discontinue this Policy unilaterally without prior notice. A new version takes effect when published on the Website unless stated otherwise.
