🚨 Sanitar overview Sanitar is Shoreline's scav boss. He leads a small, heavily armed guard detail and can heal both himself and his guards during a fight. 📍 Where to find him • Resort: east and west wings • The Cottage area • Pier / Blue Fence area His spawn is not guaranteed. When he is in the raid, expect a long and noisy fight. 🧠 Behaviour and tactics • Sanitar usually fights with two or three guards. • He retreats to cover and uses stimulants or medical items when pressured. • Guards carry armour and grenades; do not treat them as ordinary Scavs. 🎯 How to fight him 1. Remove the guards first whenever you can. This reduces crossfire and stops the group from protecting Sanitar while he heals. 2. Use grenades to break their positions and interrupt healing. 3. Keep moving and change angles instead of holding one bush or doorway. 4. A controlled long-range shot is usually safer than forcing close quarters against the whole group. 5. If you spot a medic guard, eliminate them early. 💀 Loot and final advice Look for medical supplies, stimulants, weapons, armour, and rare keys or keycards. A coordinated squad makes this encounter much more reliable: one player holds the angle, one uses grenades, and one watches the flank.
